Introductory course (Propaedeutics)

The introductory course at the Evangelische Hochschule Dresden is a special offer for all new international students. It is for students who are planning to complete a whole course of studies at the ehs as well as students who want to spend only a couple of semesters in Dresden under the ERASMUS programme.

During the two-week course, a lecturer will work with the future ehs students in the foreign language German and cover various topics of scientific work. The course programme also includes excursions to social work and early childhood education facilities. Older students who also work as tutors organise a cultural programme in the afternoons and evenings.

The aim of the introductory course is to make international students feel welcome at the ehs and to make sure that they are well prepared for their studies.
